1. Do you hire the machine only?
No, Delfi Group Pty Ltd supplies both the machine and the operator.
2. What are your payment options?
For customers, we offer a deposit, but please keep in mind we’ll be unable to supply until the payment reaches our account
3. How much notice do I need to give?
Generally, we only require two to three days’ notice, but please get your order as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
4. What if I need to cancel?
Ring us as soon as your circumstances change. We can be contacted 24/7 on our phone number.
5. Are your operators experienced?
All operators that work through Delfi Group have been assessed for their skill and OH&S compliance, so you can be sure they are some of the most experienced operators in the industry.
6. Are there minimum hours of hire?
Yes, minimum hire conditions are 8 hours
